"World-GLBT-Pride" 2019 Celebrates with Queen Allyson Profile and Portrait

Queen Allyson Ann Allante is profiled for "Stonewall 50" in the WorldPride promotion entitled "Hidden Figures: Women of the G.L.B.T. Movement"!  Five of the eight shown (1 photo at top, 7 portraits) were or are members of the STONEWALL Rebellion Veterans Association ("S.R.V.A.").  In addition to Queen Allyson, they are Storme DeLarverie, up from Puerto Rico Cristina Santiago Hayworth (on the left in photo), Sylvia Rae Rivera and another S.R.V.A. former member Marsha P. Johnson.  A sixth person was born in the late 1880s and the other two we never heard of in the past half century!

Imperial Queen Allyson Ann Allante is fabulously "The Stonewall Statue of Liberty"!  She is grandly, colorfully and proudly posing as the new, live and Gay community version of the Statue of Liberty.  Queen Allyson was instantly surrounded by paparazzi from every major and minor newspaper, magazine and television station and, from the overflowing parade sidelines, spectators cheering loudly and proudly and shooting endless photos!  In the middle of it all, the Imperial Queen gave quick quip interviews including to the New York Daily News and the New York Post.  It was all a remarkably stunning and beautiful sight, one caught in a split moment of the exciting annual Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender ("G.L.B.T.") Pride Parade.  The location is on Fifth Avenue -- the Queen of Avenues -- in Manhattan, New York.  Then, as an added surprise and media bonanza, Queen Allyson held an impromptu and welcomed public meeting with N.Y.C. Mayor Rudy Giuliani who was waiting nearby with his entourage.  The New York press were literally ecstatic!  Ironically, in the photo above, the fabulous St. Patrick's Cathedral sets the grand background!  The New York Post commented in one of their parade stories that the only two things really worthwhile seeing in the entire Gay Pride Parade were the classic "Stonewall Convertible" and the classy "Stonewall Queen"!  Complimentarily, The New York Times has quipped that Queen Allyson is to the Gays what Princess Diana is to the British.  They went further in observing certain similarities of outfits, referring to one of Allyson's gowns as "qualified to be a Diana original knock-off"!  Meanwhile, Queen Allyson as the "Stonewall Statue of Liberty" was heard declaring:
"Give me your Gays... give me your Lesbians... give me your Bisexuals... give me your Transgendered... give me your Questioning... give me your Closet Cases... give me your Fag Hags...."

=====Compact Bio of Queen Allyson=====

Queen Allyson Allante was first-named after her #1 favorite actress Lana Turner's daughter 'Allison' (McKenzie) in the blockbuster book and Academy Award-winning film "Peyton Place"!  Our Allyson's maiden name 'Anderson' is derived from another hit and ultra-dramatic Lana Turner film, "Madame X", in which L.T. portrays Holly 'Anderson'.  If you know Allyson, you know her favoroite actress always was and is Hollywood queen Lana Turner!  After all, they do have many commonalities.  Our Allyson's last name changed many years later when she married the tall, dark, handsome, athletic, outgoing and sexy Marlon W. Hunter (nee Hurt) from Long Beach, Long Island, NY in 1989.  They owned a pearl white Cadillac Allante roadster (with removable hard top), the most expensive vehicle in America at that time!  Queen Allyson's third husband (the 1990s), the body-building, debonniare and impressive-looking Farrell Armstrong, is the absolute favorite of all of her friends and most of her fans.  Over the years, they owned several, ultra-luxury, huge Cadillac Brougham sedans.  Farrell and Allyson are pictured below in a magazine special on the original film "Stonewall".  Farrell was on the movie 'set' when Allyson was filmed for her real-life, Stonewall Rebellion 'Testimonial' role -- with 'Credits' -- in the original "Stonewall" movie!

With the National STONEWALL Rebellion Veterans Association ("S.R.V.A.") or the Imperial QUEENS & Kings of Greater New York ("IQKNY"), Queen Allyson Allante is recognizable in leading annual Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender ("G.L.B.T.") Pride Parades in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx and/or Staten Island in New York City and, occasionally, on Long Island.  In public parades with plenty of paparazzi, the Queen always has her carriage:  the metallic, blue 1969 classic, open-convertible popularly known as the "Stonewall Car".  The famous vehicler, originally owned by the S.R.V.A. founder Willson Lee Henderson and later by the non-profit IQKNY, is currently owned by the non-profit S.R.V.A.  The famous convertible, still in mint condition over a half-century later, was the only automobile impounded by the New York City Police Department during the legendary 1969 Stonewall Rebellion in Greenwich Village in Manhattan, New York!

Diana Ross Concert at Radio City Hall

May 2010

Diana Ross acknowledges the presence of "Allyson Anderson in the House"! FYI, Anderson was Allyson's
maiden name and the last name that Miss Ross and many other celebrities know her as. During the end
of the audience participation song "I Will Survive", Diva Diana, who had spotted Queen Allyson ("AAA")
from the stage earlier, now has the opportunity to walk over -- all the while singing -- and shakes
hands with Queen Allyson A. in the front row center with handsome Prince AnDre Christie! Allyson was
wearing a shimmering, full-length, very Supremish glamour ink gown.  Queen Diana is wearing a beautiful
bright yellow gown. It was a truly grand, entertaining and fabulous evening all around!

Included in the colorful Imperial QUEENS & Kings of Greater New York ("IQKNY") 1999 photo above are several veterans of the 1969 Stonewall Rebellion in the STONEWALL Rebellion Veterans Association ("S.R.V.A."), namely:  Queen Allyson Ann Allante, IQKNY President and S.R.V.A. Spokesperson; legendary jazz entertainer Miss Kitt Holiday, IQKNY Social Chairperson and S.R.V.A. Executive Committee; Geistmeister Thomas R. Stevens ("TRS"), S.R.V.A. General Secretary; Electra "Lux" O'Mara, S.R.V.A. Recording Secretary; "Hurricane" Dave West, S.R.V.A. Public Relationist; and S/W-Vet Ray McCaffrey's sister, Duchess Rayette, IQKNY Treasurer.  Even a Stonewall veteran took the photo:  Terri Van Dyke, S.R.V.A. Treasurer.  Having Stonewall Vetz perform on stage at The STONEWALL Club really evokes the authentic "Spirit of Stonewall"!  Other IQKNY performers pictured include the following:  Princess Venise Charles (of Long Island), Cristiaane O'Neill (of Manhattan), Mishell Lynch (of The Bronx), Princess Jenni June Egan (of Queens), Adora Sanchez (of Brooklyn) and Countess Cindy Chan (of Hong Kong, China).

Queen Allyson - 1996

Queen Allyson Ann on her 'movie set' at home for the "Stonewall" film

Unlike all of the other Stonewall veterans -- in all ways -- who were interviewed on film and actually accepted and cast in the "Stonewall" movie, Queen Allyson Ann Allante ("AAA") even chose her own movie set!  She strongly suggested (demanded a la Lana Turner) and the producers gladly agreed to film AAA in her own home at The Bromley, a luxury condominium high-rise on famous Broadway in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, NYC.  Although it is evening time -- the time zone that Allyson chose -- the distant background through the window is the Palisades in New Jersey!  King Farrell Armstrong and Queen Allyson's condo apartment is on the 20th (of 21 floors) with a spectacular view.  One floor up on the penthouse level is entertainer/actor/producer Harvey Feirstein with his transgender hits "La Cage Aux Folles" Broadway musical, "Torch Song Trilogy" the movie and "Hairspray" the play and the movie!  Several floors down, ironically, is the transgender "Church Lady" from "Saturday Night Live", Dana Carvey.  "Isn't that 'special'?  Allyson's wardrobe for the movie is totally her own.  The black, high-cocktail sequenced dress and accessories in the photograph are exactly what AAA is wearing in the film.  As a result of this full-feature movie, Queen Allyson Ann is listed in many film sources including the International Movie Database at:  www.IMDB.com.

After the Dykes-on-Bykes motorcycles parade escort, the one-third-of-a-million person annual New York City G.L.B.T. Pride Parade starts with Queen Allyson Allante and the STONEWALL Rebellion Veterans Association ("S.R.V.A.") leading the marching extravaganza with the fabulous candy blue 1969 convertible.  Pictured with Queen Allyson is noted G.L.B.T. historian Martin Duberman, author of the book "Stonewall".  The first "Stonewall" movie (1995, released 1996) is loosely based on this book.  Martin broke through the police barracades to join his "Stonewall" movie star for a parade-stopping photo-op.  Queen Allyson appears as Herself in the movie "Stonewall" based on Mr. Duberman's book.  Proudly shown sitting atop the rear seat of the famous "Stonewall Convertible" are some v eterans of the 1969 Stonewall Rebellion, all officers of the S.R.V.A. (left-2-right):  Storme DeLarverie, nurse Yvonne Ritter and author Jeremiah Newton and activist Randy Wicker standing next to the famous 1969 "Stonewall Convertible".

Letter from former N.Y.C. Mayor John Lindsay to Queen Allyson Allante

NYC Mayoral Letter to the Queen {above} from former NYC Mayor John V. Lindsay

For the 25th anniversary of the 1969 Stonewall Rebellion and the entire "Stonewall 25" anniversary, all of the Stonewall veterans -- in person, via mail, by phone and through fax -- voted on which Stonewall veteran they wanted to be the Official Spokesperson for the National STONEWALL Rebellion Veterans Association ("S.R.V.A.") in interviews with televison stations, magazines and newspapers and speaking on stage in Central Park for the historic and huge celebration rally.  The overwhelming choice was the widely-known, well-versed and glamorous Queen Allyson Ann Allante!  On an absolutely beautiful, sunny and proud day, leading with Queen Allyson the alternative, non-UN "Authentic Stonewall 25 March" up Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, New York, will be the only vehicle in either march, namely, the classic 1969 blue "Stonewall Convertible".  This grand chariot will be carrying Queen Allyson and some of her "Stonewall Girlz" namely Bonnie Bluegown, Electra O'Mara and Sylvia Rivera.  Driven by the mocha handsome, very talented and sexy hot Kevin "Rockwell" O'Neal, the "Stonewall Queens" will be driven as close as possible to the park staging area.  Security shall be tight for these legendary Stonewall Galz.  On the huge stage, Queen Allyson, in a beautiful, muave-colored, sequinced, designer gown, will be joined by almost all of the other Stonewall Vetz (at least "25") from both G.L.B.T. Pride anniversary marches.  Allyson is the one who will speak with several prepared statements from the S.R.V.A. organization and ACT-UP and the I.Q.K.N.Y. as well as extemperaneous observations and comments directly from the Queen!  In addition to being on the Board of Directors of the S.R.V.A., Queen Allyson is the longtime Imperial Queen and President of the Imperial QUEENS & Kings of New York.  The IQKNY was mentioned several times in their Queen's literally stirring speech.

Queen Allyson's current partner in love and in business is the affable, debonaire,
well-dressed, very European-styled (born in the French-flavored island of Martinique), handsome, body-building, popular King Farrell Jeante Armstrong, the elected Imperial King of the Imperial QUEENS & Kings of Greater New York.  The public duo and sometimes show "Allyson & Farrell" present a stunning, stylish, eye-catching and hot royal couple.  They have done so since they met on September 13, 1989, in Greenwich Village, New York -- at a West 14th Street candy store ironically named Debonaire!

Historical Note:  This is the actual song by D.R.S. that was playing on the original STONEWALL Bar & Dance Club jukebox when the NYCPD raided the club on Friday evening, June 27th, 1969, the same day as iconic Judy Garland's funeral in the same town, Manhattan, New York City!  The STONEWALL Club  was incredibly lit-up with rainbow candles for newly-annointed "Saint Judy"!
